O look&feel da ferramenta é agradável o que facilita o uso mesmo por pessoas sem conhecimento técnico em criar e aplicar pesquisas por questionário. O valor é um dos pontos de destaque.
What do you dislike?
Faltam diversas funcionalidades básicas como opções de questionários, formatação da pesquisa, opções de acompanhamento e uma régua de disparo. O suporte apesar de rápido e ineficiente e não resolve o problema. Os planos anuais são atrativos em termos de valor, porém a possibilidade de reembolso em caso de desistência é nula.

Aplicação de questionários para pesquisas de mercado. Os benefícios foram básicos, porém fizeram falta funcionalidades básicas presentes em seus concorrentes.
Fijn programma, maar achteraf blijkt er pas dat er veel resultaten niet de analyseren zijn omdat er geen abonnement is aangeschaft van 120 euro per maand. Dit zorgt voor veel oponthoud. Zou niet als gratis geadverteerd mogen worden.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I paid for surveys and got responses like this "jksfdjsdbh." When I e-mailed customer support, I got NO response. I would absolutely never recommend using this site! I switched back to Survey Monkey and am sad I left in the first place and lost money with this terrible company.
100 respondenten en het analyseren kan beginnen. Mooie grafieken, kleurtjes, percentages en meer van dat. Dan wil je de .csv downloaden om je gegevens in te laden (SPSS om er écht wat mee te gaan doen. Boem: €20,- betalen. Want écht analyseren kost geld en gratis is gratis tot een bepaalde hoogte. Voor studenten zou Survio zeker niet aanraden.
Claimed a student discount. They ask you to write reviews in three different websites straightaway. After doing that, the student code is not sent out until you have already paid the full price. They don't refund the different once you get the code.
