What do you like best?
Ease of composition of a survey, takes very little time to develop and implement the survey. Results can be downloaded via Excel. .
What do you dislike?
There is a free version but that is not useful as it only allows ten questions. Customer service is quite slow

: Easy to learn and use, took a couple of hours to get surveys up and running. Online web collection very easy, as is paper data entry.

Run and design survey, directly download results and analyze them. The ability to delete and add questions to a running survey is extremely helpful.

Quickly and easily create and distribute online surveys via our company web site. Also like the customization options.

It took a while to get used to the folder based structure as compared to other survey tools. Seemed complicated at first, but finally got the hang of it.
