What do you like best?
The best feature I found is that users can drag or drop different formats like multiple choice, slider, rating stars and net promoter score etc into the survey module. This helps with user interactivity and creates visual interest. It allows to design surveys that can fit desktop or mobile screen Users can make a question mandatory or optional and can delete entire page of survey without having to delete each question individually. Surveys can be shared easily and the responses can be analyzed using the reports at aggregated or individual level.
What do you dislike?
I wish they came up with more ready to use templates according to the industry- for example, retail, pharmacy, CPG etc.

It does not come with profiling/ persona tools. Also, they may not have a template ready to use- but creating your own survey from scratch is simple in this platform

SurveyFoxy is a powerful tool that enables me to create surveys and collect necessary information from my target group. You are provided many templates, so sometimes you don't have to create your own, as a template meets your requirements. The process of designing a survey is intuitive; you can choose from lots of question types, themes and more advanced tools (Captcha, logo, date range, it's highly customizable, so you can build a survey looking and sounding personalised to your needs. Statistics are presented in colourful and clear diagrams; you are shown the number of total responses or how many persons skipped the question if the answer wasn't necessary. The interface is transparent, and everything is divided into thought-out sections, so you could find what you actually need effortless. The platform integrates well with social media, mailings and websites so that you can share your surveys anywhere.
What do you dislike?
I have some complaints about customer service, asking for helping me with resolving an issue I was sent to the FAQ section, and I didn't receive a personal response. Fortunately, after I had sent them an e-mail, I got a comprehensive answer, and they helped me with the issue.

I highly recommend the platform, as they provide a powerful builder tool and wide template section, so I presume SurveyFoxy will meet everyone's needs. I suggest checking the trial version and then eventually upgrading an account.

SurveyFoxy enables me to create surveys and collect valuable information from my audience when I have educational presentations about marketing. Also, I use it to my private issues, such as sounding out my friends about the next meeting.

it is easy in use( user friendly and can be customize and can get instant support in affordable price . survey questionnaire are much meaningful

not much dislike i have. only sometimes does not get the support form customer service department. that time have to search problems in FAQ
