What do you like best?
fairly easy to use. less expensive than some other options.
What do you dislike?
it was not helpful that the number of registered attendees and/or names would appear on the page for others to see. It negatively impacted attendance for our events. If people only saw one person they wouldnt register. we changed to a program that does not show that and our attendance doubled.

My business need is a shared diary for colleagues in 4 different timezones.During my evaluation I found many excellent features but the support for timezones is IMHO rather weak and certainly not good enough for serious use.There is an over-reliance on the concept of "base time" which is not really meaningful when your workers are spread between California and Greece. Certainly my colleagues in California do not want to view their shared tasks in a display which is calibrated on a "base time" 8 hours different from their local time.
Als we puur naar het product kijken dan is er nog veel meer verbetering mogelijk. In dit huidige digitale tijdperk waarin nagenoeg alles mogelijk is vind ik het vreemd dat er nog steeds geen directe koppeling met outlookagenda mogelijk is. Via omwegen is alles mogelijk maar werkt het niet optimaal. Ook als je meerdere agenda's wilt gebruiken met ieder zijn eigen instellingen is dit ook lastig. De service, ook al is het maar 1 persoon in Nederland is erg snel en direct. Binnen 24 uur een antwoord is prima.
Het suspersaas systeem is makkelijk om te gebruiken bij simpele agenda afspraken. Een cursus agenda bij houden gaat prima. Echter complexere afspraken waar bij mensen kunnen inschrijven voor meerdere items op het zelfde tijdstip geeft uitdagingen en zijn vaak niet mogelijk.
De planningstool van SuperSaas werkt eenvoudig en snel. In een oogopslag is de weekplanning zichtbaar. Ook de zoekfunctie werkt goed. Op elk gewenst veld is te zoeken en alle informatie is direct beschikbaar.
