What do you like best?
It's an all in one tool from onboarding clients to invoices up to emails and then more.
What do you dislike?
Ui UX, the video at the start is a huge turnoff. Couldve done better with annotations?
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
From a first test drive it works fine, all the features mentioned works well. Didn't encounter any bug that the others have mentioned.. maybe I haven't used it enough
What do you like best?
Cheap option if you don't need much. Good for basic project management capabilities and white - labeling.
What do you dislike?
Limited customization, Not super robust. Zero Support. Very very slow.

Be ready to fix things yourself. You'll get zero support.

Full-cycle project management, communication with internal and external project stakeholders, onboarding projects, project-related dashboards and landing pages, intake forms.
What do you like best?
Packed with features, highly customizable, support answers fast.
What do you dislike?
Even if it has a ton of features all in one place, many are not as easy to set up and customize as others. Some do not work as advertised, BUT support team is fast to respond to get behind it and finding a fix or guide you through the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all the needed features which clearly can be further improved. The only set back is clearly the lack of guides/tutorials and the minimal approach of the existing ones. The look and feel is still heading in the right direction.

CRM tool to use a better approach and communication with clients, leads, customers. New sales converted from leads and existing client base. Crafting of marketing emails and drip campaigns to keep partners informed.
What do you like best?
- The basic functions perfectly fulfill their purpose (Until now, it has only been enabled and modified customer portals and the CRM)
- Easy integration with your domain and brand. Very easy to customize.
- FLOW feature which is pretty cool
- The technical support has been exceptional
- PWA option, so my customers can use it as an App.
- digital signature, invoicing, proposals
What do you dislike?
- The chat function is only available for certail team roles.
- Right now, there are no additional languages available. The translation system is manual within the control panel and you must translate text strings one by one. I'd like to have multiple languages included or at least have more efficient translation options.
- Missing integration with popular E-Mail Marketing tools (like lemlist, sendfox etc.)
- the interface is not that intuitive in my opinion, especially settings
- I dont like the project management part. It should be more user friendly and flexible
- Calender should also be improved

It's a really well-thought product that can help elevate the status of your business in the eyes of your customers or prospects. Test it and see if it suits your needs.

This software encompasses almost all features that I've been dreaming of, but I wish that it would come off as riper. Less is more, so concentrating on key features would be a better strategy, that pursuing a goal of stuffing up lots of gimmicks into one system thus making it very clumsy and stiff. It also helps my company to come off more professional and competent.

Has a lot of different business features to manage our company's contacts, billing, projects and more... all in one tool
What do you dislike?
As often happens, when one tool tries to offer everything in a single place, they're usually NOT the best tool for any one of those things. Example, the CRM is lacking functionality, the user interface (how the fields look and are organized) is NOT the best use of space, and other issues.

Trying to replace my AgileCRM.com current CRM with theirs, to manage our entire database of clients, virtual assistants, leads and more.
