I am still waiting for guidance to understand how to use the product. I reached out to support and was directed to a web article that did not address my needs.I have paid for the product and do not use it.If Sticky would like to help me use the product I would be happy to reassess my opinion
If you're a Mac user, don't purchase this product. You will not be able to print out a list of your passwords. That's a feature reserved for the Windows version only. With a hurricane approaching, I thought it best to print out a list...only to find out it can't be done. They will not refund my money due to the fact that I purchased it 6 months ago. I didn't need to print it out 6 months ago because there was no hurricane then.
As a Mac user I am not happy at all, it's a very cumbersome app, and not intuitive at all... how do I get a refund?
Computer continually opened and accessed bank account automatically when Sticky was locked. Also attached sticky icon to bank log in details. Did this when there were no bank log in details in sticky password lists. No support available at all in trial period. No access to forums as confirmation mail not sent by sticky. It certainly got stuck. Running a mile from this. Had to completely uninstall software and clean registry to get rid of it. NOT amused.
i downloaded the free one to try now it has locked me out i cant retrieve my passwords unless i buy sticky password they are holding my passwords hostage. WHAT KIND OF GAME IS THIS. !!!
