Provides a quick high-level view of our app's health. Plus our users love to know what's happening

Its overly simplistic - could use some more metrics with regard to usage and/or events

Take the time to setup the tool properly

Keeping our users informed about the status of our app - its been good to give them more information before its needed.

that the incident alert is instant. Monitors multiple daemons and reports back almost instantaneously

Very little to dislike, need to implement more daemons but thats more like an internal enhancement.

'We didn't hear about it sooner'. I think this fact need to improve in system

I would say it is good in managing our communication with multiple people really bring ease in my daily task.

I love being able to direct our customers to one central place for critical system downtime and maintenance alerts.
What do you dislike?
There is really nothing I dislike. I think the company should continue to solicit customer feedback and integrate the ideas that make the most strategic sense for this long term vision.

We solved the issue with alerting our customers of production related downtime in a timely and centralized area. We have significantly reduced our support calls and angry customer calls.
