What do you like best?
The ability to have automation enabled for review requests. The analysis and reporting is very very strong too.
What do you dislike?
I would like to use across multi platform. (Anndroid and iOS)

No doubt a very useful tool with many features to offer their customers.

Good standard of reporting and analysis. There's also vast options/features available for our users to explore on.
What do you like best?
Packs a ton of features into their application. Continually being improved by a really enthusiastic team of developers. Easy to navigate, create, and deploy with lots of options. Frequently being updated with a full documentation of improvements and new features. Integrates with Slack.
What do you dislike?
Not much to dislike. More integrations with apps like Mailchimp and more control over the templates would be nice to have. Reporting is adequate, but needs more drill-down options.

Easily deploy surveys to lists of customers or circulate the survey anonymously. Customers respond to the surveys and give us the feedback we depend on.

The best thing I like about Spark Chart is that you can customize the surveys very easily by adding your own branding / logos. Along with that Spark Chart has all the necessary features that are needed let it be email distribution to create beautiful reports. Also it's clean user interface makes a plus.
What do you dislike?
I have started exploring Spark Chart so no dislike for it yet, but I would say you need to invest some time to get the best out of it.

Spark Chart let's you customize and deploy the survey with your need and it has all the basic features that the Survey platform has let it be creating beautiful survey to generating deep reports it has all.
The best part about Spark Chart I found is their support which is awesome. Let it be a small query or anything they are always supportive.
