What are the best aspects of this product?

There was a an urgent need to develop a lot of content for several of our clients all at the same time. We decided to get Solodev to help us expedite the process of creating sites without compromising the quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's common to experience latency whenever we needed to upgrade the software version. Good thing that it doesn't take long to resolve.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The deployment process of our sites is made faster and easier. Employees are not that pressured into meeting deadlines because the workflow has been expedited.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's hard to find a web development company like Solodev that is very proactive in providing after-sales support to their clients. As soon as you call their hotline, a rep would immediately take the call and note all your issues. I appreciate the fact that they listen attentively, take notes in between and ask probing questions. No matter how long the conversation would last, you would feel the eagerness and sincerity to help you out.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took most of us some time to learn how to use Solodev without asking for help from the training team. Admittedly there was a struggle since we had to learn how an application works from scratch. I have noticed that Solodev is more complicated as compared to WordPress. Recently they made some significant upgrades to the features confusing the majority of the staff. It resulted in delays in some of our projects, which, of course, affected our overall quarterly performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to the team behind this product. I believe in their capabilities and knowledge in fixing whatever is wrong with my work. Whenever they deal with more complex issues, they make sure to take ownership throughout the situation, so I am not stuck into dealing with the problem.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to get in touch with the company, whether through phone calls or emails. They always do their best to respond to all our concerns at the soonest time possible. The staff of Solodev has been very supportive of our business, although out because they never get tired of teaching us what to do. We were able to benefit a lot from the training that they provided us. They were able to answer all of the questions that we prepared, so we are pretty much satisfied with Solodev's services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of their biggest challenges is the language barrier because some of our staff could not communicate well in English and are having a hard time asking for assistance. I wish that they should employ reps that speak fluent Spanish to solve a lot of issues at a faster pace. There are also instances where it took Solodev more than a week to cater to simple requests, which causes delays and frustration on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are currently doing a significant overhaul of our website by fixing the format and adding new content for our readers. We wanted to give the site a new look to increase our SEO rankings, which is great for business. Thankfully Solodov offers a wide variety of pre-made templates to choose from and editing the entire content is much easier to accomplish.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to admit that I don't have sufficient knowledge when it comes to coding and creating websites. I had to rely on other employees to help me with specific concerns related to content management. The good thing is that with the help of Solodev, I am starting to learn new things that allow me to work more independently. The user interface is not that difficult to learn at all and the security that Solodev offers is pretty much robust.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances wherein the platform would stop working for a few minutes and lose our current work. Meaning we have to start all over again, which is a waste of time and effort.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Based on my observation and experience, using Solodev helps us create a more structured website and keep our content safe from prying eyes. It's essential to have a product like Solodev that is tried and tested to help grow your business.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product gave us a positive experience even though some opportunities need to be addressed on their end. I like the fact that it helps us deliver custom-designed websites that can impress a lot of people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experience some technical issues whenever we are trying to upload heavy content into the site. I guess that the development team needs to dig further into these problems for us to have a better user experience. Also, coding knowledge is still necessary so we could make changes on the site right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to make a lot of good changes for our company website. Also, the integration process with other apps is working really well.
