What are the best aspects of this product?

Ever since we started using this, our company has not had any problems overselling our stock. Another thing that impressed us was that it was so easy to have the API connection to our ecommerce channels. This user-friendliness also extends to all the other features that we've been using. The inventory buffers and kits are especially useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know I just praised this for being user-friendly, but that doesn't mean there are still things that can be improved. I shouldn't have to go through two steps just to add a product and its inventory. I can do this. If this feature is something other people have gotten used to, maybe they can provide an option to change the way we input in future versions?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, it has become easier to manage my different ecommerce accounts since the inventory can be managed from one place. For instance, if I sell something on my Shopify account, it updates the inventory on my account on eBay and Amazon. It has also helped implement bulk discounts on a product since it allows me to develop a kit. Another thing that left me impressed and helped me out immensely is the inventory buffer feature. Thanks to it, stock of my most popular items never run out and I never overstep my selling limits.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of this tool's strengths is how user-friendly it is. Once we had it set up, it easily linked to our shipping system as well as to our account on Shopify Plus. That kind of quick integration isn't something to joke about. It's also great at warehouse management, thanks to its barcode scanning feature. To top it all of, the customer support team is also very accommodating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit that their onboarding process could be improved. When we first started using it, there were some pending numbers and missing numbers that we had some trouble with because some of the features and aspects I feel were not properly explained. Thank goodness the customer support team was exceptional and helped us out, but I feel like this tool would be even better if I did not have to reach out to customer support in the first place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The area where this has been a massive help has been in managing our inventory. The scanning feature for products is a great tool. Thanks to the exceptional inventory management features, we've never been short on a stock and have avoided overselling items.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that struck me the most is how intuitive and easy to use the user interface is. Expanding and collapsing menus can be done easily. I also liked how easily it integrated with our front end sales systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still a lot of things that can be improved, if I'm honest. For instance, while this tool is generally user-friendly, the AMAZON FBA setup is most definitely not. I also had a lot of issues with the user interface and its embedded tables. I had to scroll for so long that I felt more than a little irritated with it. The user interface with regards to kit assembly could also be worked on. I had already selected the option to break down kits but the reporting feature did not do it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our inventory management has just become accurate across the board. We don't have to worry about inconsistencies regarding what we have on display on our website compared to what we have in our inventory. Barcodes have also allowed us to fulfill our order accurately and ensure the quality before shipping them out.

What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to the tech we use, I usually defer to our CTO as he is much more knowledgeable about those things. It comes to me with the highest recommendation from him, so I trust his judgment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We'll have to wait for help because right now, this tool isn't plugging in with us at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When it comes to streamlining products' organization, I don't think I've used something as good as this. I'd be happy to recommend it to people looking for a similar product.
