What do you like best?
The concept is good. (if it actually worked that is)
What do you dislike?
Bounce rates are astronomical. Cancelled the paid version in December and have been charged every month for it since then. After assuring me something would be done about this 2 months ago, we still have yet to receive an reimbursement and continue to be charged monthly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use it.

I was attempting to use this for lead generation although the bounce rate is typically within the 90% area making it essentially useless.
What do you like best?
I liked when I switched to hunter.io and my accuracy rates went up.
What do you dislike?
I disliked that they kept taking money out of my bank after I tried to cancel the service. Support stopped responding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As far as I know, hunter.io won't steal your money.

What do you like best?
There was not much to like about Skrapp after we exceeded the free membership. During the free membership, we were able to get emails from most of the companies we were looking for email addresses.
Skrapp does have a clean and easy to navigate interface without much clutter. The tool can gather information from LinkedIn to generate an email.
But, this is where the good ends.
What do you dislike?
What we ended up learning about Skrapp is, or initial email success of about 80% would not hold true, as we gathered more email addresses. Once we got to about 1,000 emails, our success rating went down to under 20%. The big piece to how this system works that you may not notice upfront is, it also depends on Skrapp's systems ability to generate what it thinks may be a valid email. This does not mean the email actually exists, so if you are not careful you could get your email account blocked as a spammer.
Because the tool it did not perform well for our business needs of collecting email addresses and just turned into a money sink. Other industries may have better success with the tool but I would cautious before you subscribe to the tool.
The worst part came when we tried to unsubscribe for the service. Skrapp's customer team was utterly unresponsive to our emails to cancel the service. We ended up having to go directly to the Skrapp team after their unsubscribe button on the website kept timing out and resulting in a server error.
If you are handy with a spreadsheet tool and have a general idea of who you are looking to connect with you may have better luck generating the email address on your own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time evaluating both the product and their support before your purchase. The product may fit your needs as it does do what it says it does. Our issue was it was ineffective for our industry, and their support was non-existent.

We were trying to get the direct email address for key individuals in companies that would benefit from our services to start a conversation. The tool seemed like a good way to find the email address of these individuals.
What do you like best?
Idea is interesting, there is some potential and that's all.
What do you dislike?
Web-application is horrible, zero points for effort. Extensions are interesting solution but only if You have CHROME as browser. FAQ is a joke, only explained is how to have more e-mail credits and similar stuff. Support ? Not found. API can be interesting to some other company that is looking for it but to me, as user this is not important.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget it / avoid if You are not using CHROME. Better solution is to google it in general that You would have more success.

Nothing, as it's not possible to use this on line solution. There were no benefits, only lost time.

That it fills the gap that Hunter.io left - from my understanding, Hunter.io no longer works with Linkedin.
What do you dislike?
Support is non-existence. This wouldn't be a problem if it worked - it's buggy and hardly ever does what you want it to do meaning you waste your credits and time.
