We reviewed four different companies for site monitoring and to be honest it was a mistake including site24x7!The good news: Their site is nice to use and the status checks easy to set up. Support was quick and very efficient.The bad news:We were going to use site24x7, but at the point of signup the price doubled! It appears that more than two regular page speed checks cost extra despite being part of the included plans with the competition. The price of a few extra page speed checks was dearer than the plan meaning site24x7 was a non starter.So, we went with our second option Nodeping which was far cheaper but had a more a more basic layout and has no mobile app. Nodeping has been a resounding success and I would happily recommend their service to anyone.This should have been the end of it but no. Once site24x7 has your email details you appear to be a spam target for life. We have made four very polite requests to be taken off their list with a detailed explanation of why we went with Nodeping and we received assurances that we have been removed from their lists. However the mails kept coming...We removed our account thinking that this might help but the mails still keep coming... It looks as though our only resort is blacklist their domain on our mail servers.In short the only safe way to deal with this company is to use the competition instead.FOUR MONTHS LATER~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Despite Nodeping being the inexpensive option, it has performed brilliantly. Okay we needed to roll up our sleeves and add code a few support functions but it is working really well.New features are being added all the time and it just keeps getting better.

When i started trial, it came to be like a dream come true. I was so excited that i got all the features of monitoring of whole infrastrcuture in one window. no need of complex monitoring . ButAs soon as trial ended, the cost of ALL monitors came to be so high that it got way out of my budget. They showed me trial of Pro package with more than 200 Basic monitors and with 50 advanced monitors, and after i got wanted to buy this package? the SAME package costed more than $300 (the Pro packages in $35/moth only had ***** 3 advanced monitors, no other features at all. and only 37 basic monitors, which hardly do any important thing which i actually needed.for just 2 advanced monitors, i have to pay $20/month? thats insane. their Features are amazing but their marketing TRAP users to buy their extremely high priced monitoring system. i would never recommend to use it, Unless you are very rich to spend too much on monitoring.

They don't reply to emails asking for support. Worst service ever. Cancelling subscription.Software is buggy too. And when there is no support... nightmare to use.
