What are the best aspects of this product?

This is really user-friendly. I can code so I have been able to make my job easier since I was able to have my Parse backend interface implemented simply by slipping the code in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do think that they can make the interface for API easier. I can code, so it's not a problem for me, but I can see how it can be difficult for those who aren't as tech-savvy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Any problems I've encountered were solved by the customer support team whenever I contacted them either over social media or instant messaging.

One thing it can improve on is how it works with Android. There are some restrictions when it comes to background processes, so I often find it difficult to get calls or notifications in the background of my Android device. This is definitely something they have to think about when they come up with newer versions.

There are two things this has helped us solved. One, it has sped up the development process since we don't have to start from scratch. Two, it has really helped us build a relationship with our users since this can be utilized as a social platform where they can share multimedia, video, audio, and text.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the SDK is available in multiple languages since it makes using it really easy and hassle-free. I also appreciate how it has made application circulation easy as well. Clients can use content informing to share the application, or they can just download the interfaces straight to their mobile phones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can improve on how the API is displayed because currently we're just forced to make sense of it even though I feel it is not intuitive. I think the user interface can be enhanced and made more intuitive since people with little programming knowledge might have a difficult time using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has really been a big help when it comes to scalability, as it looks like this tool can handle it. It has also helped me keep track of everything, even things we didn't sign of on from the back-end, thanks to their full API log.
