What are the best aspects of this product?
I want to share my personal experience in using and adopting Simply CRM in our business. We have got a team of 20+ pros and have grouped them for internal communication as well as task management. We have further synchronized this tool for outbound communication with our clients. In all, this tool represented & redefined our business goals successfully.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A complete suite!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Achieving business goals using Simply and utilizing the power of a perfect CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Excellent tool to grab the attention because of its features and support services. Calendar management, event scheduling, appointment fixing, in house process management and more features are there to serve your business efficiently.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This is the only tool that we've used in filtering our client data and structuring them further for the re-purpose. We have been using Simply from the past 6 months and it's been working great in connecting, marketing, invoicing, ordering each and in every sphere. As an IT service provider, we strongly recommend this tool to all your business operations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Dashboard is superb, event management is amazing and opportunity management is to the next level. We don't see any discrepancy apart from better pricing management.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ideally there should be a back-end through which you can have options to dial your customer through integrated TP linked lines etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have got customer data in place and we can have it utilized for all our social media campaigns etc.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Nice tool that not only lets you connect the open business dots but also helps in generating traffic and leads for company. It can be utilized in real estate leads conversion, record keeping and re-marketing the contact database.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Social media integration could be managed in the most decent and preferred way. You can have meeting scheduled timely and of course no hurry in record re-engineering whenever and wherever you want
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Just wish if it could incorporate the Hootsuite like features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Team management and record keeping made easy. We wish if we could handle all our leads and assemble them altogether using Simply. So far we have got success in achieving the same.

What are the best aspects of this product?
All features specially you can receive real-time notifications about your customer’s activities and it’s all a potential business needs to know their customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We wanted it to be like a full fledged PMS and CRM all-together so that our dependability on other platforms could be minimized in a great extent.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As suggested above, we want to have PMS features incorporated in that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows you to integrate countless third party apps and systems so at the end of the day you are left with a compatible system that truly fulfills your business requiremets.
