Do not use this service unless you are a CPA, IRS agent and/or programmer. You'll need all these degree's to use this program correctly. More work that it's worth. Poor customer service, no phone number to call for help.
I spent the better part of two days trying to navigate your platform and found it very cumbersome and not user-friendly. I am sure there is a learning curve but.... on my end the jury is certainly out
The platform was good. Simplicity in documentation and billing was very convenient. However, that’s where the positive aspect of this company ends. They have TERRIBLE customer. It’s incompetent. Over a 30 day process, their lack of communication and pushing responsibilities off on each other, resulted in a complete loss of my data and customer information. When I complained, their response was pretty much “oops, sorry” but absolutely no accountability!!! I had colleagues warn me about Simple Practice when I was first starting out in my private practice, and I didn’t listen....Now I wish I had.
Simple Practice does not keep its contractual obligations to reimburse healthcare providers for billed services when using their integrated payment system known as Stripe. That this should occur during a global health crisis is egregious.
I have been trying for over 24 hours to get my password reset. If you are looking for good customer service this is not the platform for you. To be able to speak to a human has been a challenge. I will let you know if I ever get into my account. I have been with them over a year and this is just a shame.
