What are the best aspects of this product?
It was amazing at the start, very simple to use but not when they're stealing your money.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have a connection to my Stripe account. We do about $50,000/month in transactions. I noticed that some funds were not showing up in Stripe at all. I contacted Stripe and they said the issue was with SimpleInvoice. I've contacted SimpleInvoice more than 10 times now with zero response. My money has been stolen with no way to get it back.
