Why can't I modify my from e-mail address or "Email Name Header"? I have emailed support, called support and received no answer.When my clients get my documents the email looks like SPAM to them. I want my company’s name to appear as the from in the email! This is still not acceptable. NO! Not at all!An email display header of:myemail at mydomain . com via SignNow mail at signnow . comIt looks like crap to the Signer and looks like spam. I understand that the from will be mail at signnow . com however you should be able to modify the SENDER name. Look up rfc2822Both of these fields from and subject need to be customizable! To any professional running a business this looks like CRAP.I expect something more like the from Display to be:sender: Contracts Department contracts at mydomain . comfrom: mail at signnow . com

It works as long as you need the product. But when you want to exit it becomes impossible to contact them. And if you finally get in contact they mail you from a "noresponse-mail" And as they dont get your reply they say "as we haven't heard from you we assume that this case is now closed" and they continue to withdraw your money. Stay out!!!Finally - in June - after 6 months they accepted my closing of the account. But they claimed that they could only refund two months!! which means that I've sponsored them by additional 4 months payment. So my conclusion is still...stay out!!!!!

Pop-ups on my screen asking for a review when I need to work are a very bad idea.

It is not efficient. Having to merge documents and upload them separately and then you can not make edits to upcoming signatures if one signatures has been made is very aggravating.

I logged into the portal two weeks ago and found that a contracts for over a year (10-20 per week) are missing signatures and other key information including client names and government id numbers. I notified support 2 weeks ago, and after a few canned, one-line emails that didn't relate to my issue, they finally said it was a known issue, they were very sorry and were escalating to development to fix. Since then, I have had to email every couple days to get any response from Support. After my last email they asked for me to send them my SignNow password (via email) so their dev team can investigate. Which I did three days ago, and still have heard nothing back. Now I'm getting concerned that they're just stalling on giving me the bad news that I'm not getting my contracts back. I hope I'm wrong.Regardless, it looks like I made a serious mistake trusting SignNow with such a key part of my business. Don't make the same mistake I did.
