There are multiple problems with the site. I've complained about emails not working when the sale is made or when the status changes, but those complaints have not resulted in working code. I sometimes don't know a sale has been made until I receive an email from an angry buyer or from STRIPE letting me know that I have funds. I also have customers that can't see the shopping cart on the website due to their local network security restrictions.
Can't find anyway to contact support and most of documentation goes to a does not exist page. Would have been a good idea if the support was there but not prepared to pay for something that I can't get help with.
What do you like best?
The customer service, user interface, and price made Shoprocket the best choice for me ur e-commerce needs
What do you dislike?
If you are interested in customization beyond the basics, you need to know html. The other downside for us in the US is Shoprocket is based in UK, making it difficult to connect in real time for assistance.

As a nonprofit, our budget didn’t leave room for an attractive e-commerce solution. Shoprocket worked with us and helped to create a native looking storefront for our Wordpress site.

The product is great for integrating into your website. Functionality is good and they are constantly adding more features. The tiered pricing is very good and much less than other platforms.However I had had some trouble trying to cancel.UPDATE: They got back to me right away and all is well. It is refreshing to know that someone is there to help.If you want a good eCommerce integration, Shop Rocket is continuously improving. When ready, I will be using them again.
