Marg Shipfusion

I'm sorry to report that we did not have a good experience with Shipfusion. We were with them for over a year (only lasted that long because it's such a hassle to change fulfilment centres). They are super slow to do anything, including receive inventory, days to respond to emails (even when urgent). Their "state of the art system" is extremely rigid and caused a lot of problems, most notably in keeping an accurate count of inventory (we got caught out a few times overselling inventory that was out of stock because they didn't keep track properly). But the worst part is that they don't care about their customers at all (and we were not what I would consider "small fish, paying them over $35,000 some months).We've been with our new 3PL for a few months now and couldn't be happier with their attentive customer service, nimbleness, responsiveness, pricing and the fact that they truly care about helping us grow our business.

We use Shipfusion for cross border shipping and inventory management. They provide a very solid service and great support. We will certainly use them again in the future.

I love this team. It is safe to say this has not been a ideal year for fulfillment with carrier delays which has caused issues, that being said, the team at Shipfusion has surpassed my expectations during this time. They are always there when we have questions or issues and they consistently deliver great service. The only thing I would like to see improved in the new year is reporting functionality.
