What do you like best?
I can share my file through this app that really help me because it easier that bluetooth.

Sometimes it's a bit slower than the other sharing app and it's have an ad that really sucks.

What do you like best?
The level of security - there's only a single link for a single person. It's harder to send the same file to multiple people especially if they want to receive the file in two different email addresses
What do you dislike?
The level of security makes it a pain to share files with other people. Many times, you'd end up asking whether the intended recipient was able to access and download the file from ShareFile or not and more often than not, the answer would be no

Don't. There are other alternatives for secure file sharing which are much more user-friendly

ShareFile was the only firm-approved file sharing solution available at that time.

I like that it provides a way for me to send large PDF documents via email.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the entire interface. I don't find it to be user-friendly. I wish it resembled Google Drive more. I'm stuck using it because it's what my organization uses. I want to be able to have an online, accessible database of all of the documents I regularly work with to share with my project groups.

Great for sharing large PDF files - not great for collaboration purposes.

Nothing! to this point I haven't been able to get it set up at my office and when I reach out for assistance they refer me to videos on their website.
What do you dislike?
Lack of customer service and assistance in set up.
This is our 2nd time using ShareFile, the first time we paid for 6 months and were never able to implement the service. the 2nd time they told me they received a lot of feedback similar to mine and had made changes to fix that, so they now have services available to help set up etc. This was completely twisted because the services that they implemented are just videos you watch to figure it out yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Rethink this if you don't have an IT Department to set it up for you. We are a small business and I wear many hats, I spent over an hour trying to figure out what I needed to do first to get this up and running. I finally called for assistance and was redirected to the website to watch videos. This is my 2nd time with them. I had the exact same issues before and they sold me on this telling me that they had received a lot of feedback based on my previous experience and others, and had made changes but it looks like they haven't made any of the necessary changes.

We looked at sharefile for a virtual access to files on our server, and as a cloud based backup.
What do you like best?
User interface is easy to navigate. API is solid.
What do you dislike?
Performance. Our organization had switched to ShareFIle 10 months ago. Latency between folder navigation is crippling. We haven't been able to get any traction from support on this. It's going to cost a bundle to switch to another product but that's what we're doing. I wouldn't recommend this product if the number of documents you're storing here is of any significant count.
