What do you like best?
The lifetime plan seemed like a good idea.
What do you dislike?
The interface is slow. They make huge changes without explanations. The latest update removes tons of functionality. Customer service is also poor without any empathy for your problems.
For instance, after remodelling there keyword tracker I contacted support and was told "We have announced all the changes in our social media"... really, brilliant. Lets get important feature update news from your latest tweets.
Overall, it's the poorly developed slow UI that lets Serpstat down. While other software I've been using has improved year on year, Serpstat seems to be going backwards.
If you can get a lifetime deal, then its probably still worth it. But on a monthly plan, you can do much better.

The featureset is everything I would like in an SEO tool.
What do you dislike?
None of the features work reliably.
No crawling support for single page applications (reports our site as 1 page)
Example: Looking at the overview dashboard for my projects, multiple components can be displaying the same data and yet have different values (on the same page). This is equally annoying when some pieces of data have updated and some haven't without any frame of reference as to when each value updated.
Example: Regularly I'll be looking at the tracked keywords report and the data will be "loading" for an entire day while they refresh, why not display the old values along with a last updated date until there's new data.

I'm trying to track the SEO performance of our site.
Watch out: their API cannot be used for commercial purposes, which means that it's basically unusable if you want to integrate it into a product. I don't really know why you would want to use any API otherwise, but well, that's their policy. Also, their rate limits for API are very low. You have about 100000 rows to use in a month for $69, which is nothing when you want to analyze data properly.So stay away from this company.
What do you like best?
Serpstat previously allowed me to level up my marketing by giving me insights in to how people search and find content. However, recently their databases are terrible, with 90% of data not loading or not showing. I wish this was for markets that were obscure, but we are talking UK market, using fairly generic keywords, with terrible terrible results.
What do you dislike?
There data is out of date and not complete, and as such, I can no longer recommend Serpstat. I have now subscribed to SEM Rush, and their data set is amazing.
