What do you like best?
- They have an easy to use and relatively accurate rankings monitoring system.
What do you dislike?
- Content reports are extremely volatile, dropping and gaining over 40% in score, during consecutive crawls with no website changes. They are practically useless.
- The Tech & Meta report scores the website based on factors that can potentially cause the website to lose traffic. If an amateur SEO tries to go for 100% on Tech&Meta and Structure reports, it is very possible that s/he will proceed to actions that will expose the website to malicious attacks (for example Seobility drops your score if a page is no-index - a useful feature for security purposes). Eventually it misses the point of assisting SEOs because if the SEO is not highly experienced it can harm the website. If the SEO is highly experienced, they have little use of the tool.
- In numerous occasions, I have received notifications for broken links, which upon checking manually and with other tools are not broken. This causes me to lose time in additional audits, for no reason.
- Like all SEO services that I use, I assumed that if I do not proceed to a payment I will just lose access to the premium features. However, two months later, and without being contacted by Seobility's team beforehand, I was contacted by a random "debt-collecting" agency that harassed me and threatened me that they will proceed to legal actions if I do not proceed to the payment of 40 EUR (the amount of the paid subscription for the month during which I assumed I was not being charged). Also, they arbitrarily added an amount, essentially increasing the price I had to pay. The debt-collecting agency made it clear that they are employed by Seobility (which I later confirmed through Seobility's staff), and they literally threatened my business by saying that they work with law firms and will cause my data report to be negative and this will affect my overall ability of doing business. This is old plain mafia practices. However, their staff informed me that they have the best customer service!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Seobility will make matters more complex, stick to other crawlers that are established. Also, if you use the service, make sure you go out of your way to proactively make sure you are not being set-up and treated as a common thief.

I used Seobility in Spring 2020 until July 2020 to improve my website's technical SEO and track rankings. While it does alright when it comes to rankings, it is potentially harmful for technical SEO.
Terrible service, i signed up for trial and after one month trial, i don't renew my account but system still attempt to charge my credits and then after 3 months when i don't use service anymore, i got a sms from my bank which i have been charged for this service. And now they make a request a payment for 2 months service which they can't charge money. When i use any service, always after charged my credit card be fault, my membership would be terminated, but this service looks like a cheater. Hope nobody face this situation like me.

They fool me for a free trial which I canceled after they charge me without my authorization. When I asked politely for a refund they refused it. It's not a helpful website with bad practices and bad customer service. Very Disappointed.
