What do you like best?
The versatility of use and ability to tailor workflows to meet our business needs

Customer service response time is extremely slow.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Redeploying candidates, keeping candidates and clients engaged with our company and brand, automating manual processes so that our staff can focus their time on more high-level activities.
What do you like best?
Sense ratings allow me to find out how my candidates are tracking in their new jobs with a host workplace.

There is nothing I really dislike, its user friendly

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The benefits I have realized is that candidates are more likely to answer honestly on a rating system rather than through written statements.
What do you like best?
Ability to customize questions and audience as well as the automation to send out when we want and as many times as we want.
What do you dislike?
Until recently we were only able to utilize the automation on one entity within our ATS system. That has been addressed and looking forward to testing the new functionality.

Automating tasks so they do not take time up from producing staff.
What do you like best?
It's been very effectual in getting feedback from our providers that we normally wouldn't get.

I really can't think of anything I don't like

It's a great product that will give you great insight from your customers
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't think a provider would typically go out of the way to email us about their experience unless it was either really great or really bad and needed to voice a concern. With Sense we've gotten so much more feedback than before and we've things that we're doing well and things we can improve that we otherwise wouldn't have known about.
What do you like best?
The ease of it, all. Nothing was too difficult to resolve and the turn around time was excellent. The support we received from Cameron was top notch, unlike any other.
The Dashboard is awesome! we love the fact that we get a quick snapshot of our NPS score and the amount of responses we've received.
What do you dislike?
It is s a great system and very user friendly. One area to improve is in the reports - our managers often ask to download a report that gives them all of the pertinent information. They want to see how many surveys were sent, how many responded and ultimately what their scores is and how that was determined.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Only problem is the auto documenting, it documents to the Employee and not the client. Cameron mentioned it was being worked on.
