Selz seems to own iZettle and they just launched eCommerce. I have followed their instructions to the letter for DNS changes for a Domain already owned by me. Time after time, after time, after time and many hours of wasted time and promised call backs, they still have not set up the free SSL because they claim the DNS set up is wrong yet, they show it as valid. Even their main person in the UK, Charlie Whiteley, whom I have whatsApped and called, does not seem to give a s***. I have given days to sort it out, sent them screen shots of the DNS changes or set up and no one, after over 90 minutes of phone time, seem to have a damn clue of what they are doing. Today, I had a guy telling me that they had sent me an email saying that I could not use my own SSL. I KNOW, I am not talking about that, I said and once again explained what the problem was. I have probably for the tenth time, requested the SSL again and it shows as "Pending"; these guys launched an eCommerce platform without having the proper support or knowing what they are doing and, it is a pity because they have a fantastic platform, but they can't sort out a simple problem and, Selz, keeps sending me "noreply" emails stating that the DNS changes are wrong; TELL ME WHERE FOR GOODNESS SAKE, I followed your instructions to the letter and you show it as VALID and the domain works, when you put it in any browser.What a shame; pathetic support full of people who do not know what they are on about and are a discredit to this FABULOUS platform.P.S.- If I could, I would give them no STAR at all, because no one seems to care or know what needs to be done and, they lie to you, telling you that they call back and they never do and their main man in the UK, had plenty of emails to me just before they launched their eCommerce, now, he doesn't give a damn, will not even answer to the messages I leave him; a joke.

They are unable to fix a major SSL flaw in their platform. Excuses after excuses for weeks.Every customer sees during check out an extremely worrying message:You should not enter any sensitive information on this site (for example, passwords or credit cards), because it could be stolen by attackers

Just a bad company. They never did pay me the £3k they took. Many emails sent and only excuse and excuse. Please be very careful with this so called companyRegards Stephen

I've been using Selz since October and apart from its awesome customer service it's not a scalable platform compared to Shopify. Our corporate identity is compromised as they have been delaying a solution to our logo resizing issue for the past 32 days. Each day we ask for a solution there is no action from them. Their replies are always "No ETA from developers". I mean come on, its been more than a month, you can't solve the sizing issue and in the meantime we launch the website with a ridiculously small logo. They absolutely don't care I'm sorry to say that but hey if you are doing a real business online you need the platform to be operationally ready. But it's just filled with issues after issues. I'm sorely disappointed with their efficiency. Yes you get a good customer support but when you have troubleshooting matters (a list of them actually) you will find no customer support can help you with them.

The false ocean of praise for customer service I see here has to be planted. I signed up for a free trial for Selz but never used their service because I could not get my website up and working. But they charged me for a month when I went over a few days -- and without a warning. Their excuse? "It's our policy." Well, I have a policy, too, and that is I don't like big companies stealing my money. After my repeated and civil exchanges through their spam in my attempts to persuade them that such a policy is bad for their business, they stopped sending me their spam. But I'm not done spreading the word about you, Selz.
