What do you like best?
All in one solution : quote, invoice, (sort of) CRM, great local support (France)
What do you dislike?
They switched from month to month payment to yearly (in advance) payment. Even for old customers (like me). They did this during summer holidays to avoid people noticing them too soon. I contacted the support, which lied to me (in contradiction with CEO's declaration).
They also doubled the price. No chance to avoid it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check you cannot use another solution. Double check it. Have a look at Zoho invoice, much cheaper and overall better.

Sellsy, un CRM intuitif et facilement paramétrable.Utilisant Sellsy depuis plusieurs années pour le suivi de notre démarche commerciale, nous en apprécions la facilité d'utilisation et l'ensemble des possibilités que l'outil propose. Sellsy évolue en continue avec à l'esprit l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur. Pour atteindre l'excellence, il faudrait trouver une façon d'avoir une vue plus synthétique mais aussi plus opérationnelle du Pipeline, et aussi faciliter les passerelle avec Outlook principalement pour la prise de rendez-vous.
