Basically they need understand there is sales people that need does leads,but big percent of sales people are not the type that get into online portal program Figure out and making sure they are getting the results for they wanted to see by purchase this product, you have a good solution for the sales people but you need be able to support the type of people that buying for a 7 star review Salesforce CRM is an great example you buy the product and you get for no extra charge a designate person to be your account manger you know because they understand that have get a solution for the sales man of helping keeping track on his leads, but does not mean he is good in computers and will figure out their platform so they provide an assigned account manger all the times, when i was calling my sales rep in seamless to many times because I felt that i am not utilizing it the way I wanted it should I was offering maybe he speaks to my boss and shows him the portal because my boss is very well in online stuff he was rejecting only if my boss will buy for the entire company then is willing to show the portal and another demolisten I am in the services business i some times waste hours on 2000$ accounts, but I never lost on it because i had built a powerful & strong brand name and my small accounts had bring me recently over an $10m dolor deal thats my feed back i hope it helps

This is a terrible platform and company. They are trying to charge me for an entire year even though my cancellation request is before my contract end date. Such awful contract terms, predatory. Would never do business with them or work for them.
