What do you like best?
Almost nothing. It is just not intuitive.
What do you dislike?
The platform is very slow. One million data limit is a joke and most of the charts are just not intuitive. No data science implementation such as R and Python scripts. Dashboard is not very interactive and I believe the tools needs to be rebuilt from start to finish. Not fit for purpose.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Stopped business users from relying on Excel spreadsheet, and have one version of the truth report from SAP BusinessObjects.

Data is available quickly. data can be downloaded,

not real time. no drilldown. data can be changed be being displayed.

I have to use it to create reports, I do like being able to upload info and create a report with out formulas and also great for tracking progression

I've been using it for a year and I still have to re-teach myself everytime I use it, If you are accustomed to using Excel then a little getting used to

For me, its mostly being able to look up information for my reports, not as much as making the reports
What do you like best?
The reporting feature and the ability to add any level of data to a report is fantastic. the amount of reports now available for metrics and the detail within each is much improved from our last system. Each report can be tailored to my team, a specific sales rep, our market or the nation.
What do you dislike?
Each action is broken down to the most minute detail. Adding a sales rep to workbench? That will take 15 steps/clicks. Adding trim to a new customer that will take 2 systems and 45 steps. Everything takes much more time because even the slightest 'action' has been broken down in to its own step. Enter data into the system relies heavily on internet speed and the amount of users on the system at a given time. Get in early? Fantastic the system will run well for you. As soon as 9 AM hit all users nation wide are using the system and there is a dramatic decrease in speed. Want to get something accomplished after lunch? You need to time it correctly because EVERYONE get kicked off at 1:15 and if you didn't save your work or mark as in process then that is potentially hours wasted.

Have end users start the trial period before implementing to any part of the business.

We are major pitfalls with reporting, some we didn't even realize until we were live on SAP. Reports can be run much faster and are more comprehensive than before.
What do you like best?
I was able to use it and create reports after an hour training. You can schedule and send reports to someone’s email. You can format the output within the program itself.
What do you dislike?
It is still web based so you have to export it. Even though you can format the tables and add calculations it doesn’t compare to what you can create in excel. Make sure to save your work as there is no autosave and if you forget and become idle, you lose your work.
