What do you like best?
Base product capabilities .. initial support for back-end "work-arounds" to address functionality gaps. Support for small, growing, passionate company with attractive product roadmap
What do you dislike?
Support. Responsiveness. ability to accommodate organization beyond "mom and pop" with many products, reporting options, affiliate support options and payment provider options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
may work for you if you have simple situation, features/functions currently meet your needs and you are willing to pay a lot of your profits for a payment provider like stripe or paypal

we got up and running and figured out initial work-arounds. unfortunately now looking at "brick walls" with respect to gaps in our needs vs product capability
SamCart the Product is great. SamCart the organization will make you want to guage your eyes out. I signed up for a trial after watching my first live sales call in probably 5 years. The product looks legit. I will most likely (95%) buy it. My current checkout landing pages are not as good and I think they really have something great. However, after the trial I received numerous unsolicited texts and emails and even some emotional responses on the part of the SDRs.I have no interest in getting on calls with my SaaS vendor. I'm not interested in answering questions or hearing cases studies. Unless it's a serious purchase decision please just show me the "pay here" button. The experience was horrible. The product looks cool.
I will have to get back with you on that. Just placed an order for Tapfit THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN ON FaCEBOOK AND THEY SLIPPED IN SOME "LIFETIME"subscription for me that I do not want and that cost $199.00. I immediately emailed them telling them that I wanted that line item deleted from my order. Am awaiting a response, Cynthia Bergstrom
Product is good and very stabile, though it lacks a few absolutely essential features that I cannot believe were overlooked. Still, it's a solid product. would be 4 stars if customer support was better - they're very messy. You wait a week for a response only for them to tell you what you already knew or just repeat your email back to you.
What do you like best?
the system accepts one to make installments for a ticket to attend a course. The WYSIWYG platform does make the process to build a product simpler. The visual presentation and the template options are very professional looking; much better than the view one gets with other platforms like eventbrite.
What do you dislike?
For our needs it just isn't a great fit. Each payment option is a "product" and it just seems clunky to combine them into one event because you can't prioritize one option over another. The system seems to do that for you. It would be helpful if one could prioritize the options. Also, the name of the event (which is what the potential buyer sees) gets populated by the product name, which wasn't a good fit for our needs. Lastly, if you are looking to register more than one person through the purchase, it doesn't allow for that. Overall, the system is great for a true e-cart alternative, but for our needs is just not doing what we wanted.
