What do you like best?

Saleswhale scales nicely with the increases and decreases in volume which we see as a business. It's relatively simple to use once it is fully setup. The support team are amazing and always happy to help us solve problems and use the platform better.

What do you dislike?

The UI and setup of the bots can be a little confusing at first. However, it is a complex system so I understand that making it simple can be a bit of a challenge.

Saleswhale has helped us engage our high funnel leads in a more meaningful and personal way. This has allowed us to focus our time on the bottom end of the funnel. It has helped us move people through our sales funnel more efficiently, by engaging people at the top end of our funnel we are able to ensure we do not lose these people through neglect.
