What do you like best?
What's great about SM is the ability to quickly identify if an account is at risk; and how it's using your platform/tool/service.
What do you dislike?
The ease of use and overall clarity will very much depend on your data: the onboarding can be a bit long.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to switch in between several tools to quickly check an account's health. Now this is simplified, with all relevant information being available under one simple interface.
What do you like best?
Being able to see recent activity, power users, MRR, health of various accounts that may have retention warnings. Good integration with salesforce.
What do you dislike?
Not enough tools for customer retention on it's own. Have to integrate it with other tools.

being abble to follow the "life" of my customer (register a call, a pulse, some task, etc)

it's a bit slow to have all the information from intercom

having 500 customers take time and i didn't sucess to memorize all the informations : with all the atributes and the automation , i can follow my customers like if i all know them perfectly

- Salesmachine is really easy to setup. In 15 minutes you can see the health of your base.
- You can gather the content of the other tools you use to find a clear view of your client base at the same place.
- You can invite your colleagues to see your salesmachine for free.
- The support team is reactive and effective!

Salesmachine is really helpful but some little things could be improved (emails, type of alerts).

Without Salesmachine, the data visualisation of the use of our clients will be painful. Thanks to this tool, now, we know better our clients.
