What do you like best?
The "research on demand" feature is amazing. I have been getting responses within minutes or at most 24 hours.
What do you dislike?
SalesIntel is still relatively new, and there are companies and contacts that are not available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out by looking up many of the companies you currently do business with or are actively prospecting to see if there are gaps.

Finding contact information from "Research on Demand." Enables me to contact new prospects and set up new opportunities!
What do you like best?
The Research on Demand service has been most helpful from SalesIntel. They're responsive and focused on really understanding the request, your timelines, etc.
What do you dislike?
The data is growing and is not as robust as other services I have used in the past such as ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg. While a widget exists to help find leads when viewing LinkedIn.com the platform would also benefit from extending this functionality to Navigator. I do believe this is coming which is great!

the outreach integration is not as robust as others & is lacking some key capabilities.

Quickly able to determine & verify contact information for prospects I am trying to reach. making it easier to connect with the people I need to speak with in order to do my job effectively.

There are some very easy ways to navigate. It can be really helpful when finding leads and managing leads.

Helps with organizing and managing leads. I have an easier time navigating the program than with other programs that our company has used in the past.

Many companies are listed in the database. With other platforms, it was worse. I always copy and paste the company's website to search them, and SalesIntel had most of them in the database. Additionally, I was super impressed with their responsive and detail upon placing a research on demand.

Most contacts are machine generated. More information on companies needed.
