What do you like best?
We used to handle all commerce work manually what origins errors and many processing time. Our brand changes recurrently the ranges and it is difficult to keep up with all changes with a manual process. Saleslayer brought new insights and changed our work process. From less than 3 stores we aim now to have more than 10 instances running automatically and all information flows from Saleslayer. Huge time saving, eliminates errors and uncovered a lot of potentials. You'll get a lot of value on Saleslayer!
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a channel in more than one language, at least two languages. This would avoid doubling the number of stores I have for different countries as I would work with different languages in the same website. Besides this point, an enormous app. Congrats for Saleslayer team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test the app in a dev environment. We have dedicated some months just for testing and trialling our ambitions. It turned out to be possible to implement our roadmap but everything starts on Saleslayer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like I said earlier, Saleslayer allowed us to escalate our commerce business, huge time savings and all process become automatic. We have now one single source of truth in what related to product management!
What do you like best?
The various tabs within a product, these are clear and well-arranged.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the search function does not work properly if you want to search multiple products within the same category. Then often products come up that you don't actually want to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a webshop with a lot of products, SL is a handy program to quickly and clearly optimize your products and bring them online.

The clarity of the program, it's very clear what you need to fill in.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes you fill the empty fields and if you click other tab you have to start over again. Nothing saved.

Just think in steps and integrate all fields for all your different products.

When we didn't use Sales Layer we had to add our products on 6 different platforms, now it's just one.
What do you like best?
PIM is really intuitive. You don´t really need an explanation to work with it. Moreover it has a lot of opportunities that I can do for Teka´s website. Its very easy to add photos or text for a website.
What do you dislike?
I think the thing I don´t really like is that PIM is a little bit too slow. For example I need to enter 200 photos and a loading time takes it too long. Moreover I don´t really like that we can add only 250 MB. Sometimes we need to add 20 pictures of the product and we need to delete at leat half of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think everone who is working with PIM need patience. As I already said if we fill big file it will be loading for about 1 minute.

That our corporative webstite is working correctly and all the content (pictures) is great quality.
What do you like best?
Most of the time we need to edit our catalogs on a daily basis, and thanks to Sales Layer’s automated synchronization system this task is not a problem anymore. We know that we can guarantee our clients a scalable and ambitious e-commerce plan because this PIM system can be adapted to every circumstance we have faced.
What do you dislike?
We think it’s important to have at least some e-commerce experts in-house as part of the team and take enough time to account for integrating the PIM system. Our clients are aware of the importance of allocating the resources and time needed to integrate a new system in their companies, and Sales Layer easily adapts to every training pace.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our industry works with very complex product information that needs to meet the standards of the digital world. Sales Layer allowed us to design effective quality control and cost planning processes, consistently enrich our catalogs with the PIM and enjoy additional functions like Digital Asset Management that are very useful in our field.
