What do you like best?
The app seems good IF IT WORKS! When it doesn't support are completely uninterested - fail to reply and require constant chasing. For an app that's meant to save you time this is hopeless!!
What do you dislike?
Support! Uninterested, don't reply, and when they do it's all fairly basic - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT!

Wanted to save time - this app is a great way to waste loads of it! Save yourself the hassle and read a book instead!!!

What do you like best?
Easy to use app for our users, administration in the backend has a lot of options for user management, integration with Exact Online project management, costcentres etc.
What do you dislike?
It turns out to mess up our books. Imports are dead wrong, making us loose quite a large amount of money on VAT as it turned out after a closer look last year. Also for a while now expenses are being imported as sales (yes, that's right ?!?). For the moment we're still using it for the employees and copying / pasting the expenses into our books instead of importing. Support is non-existing. They don't even reply let alone solve issues. As we haven't found the right alternative yet this might be the best work around for a while to come.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't try this. It will cost more money than in saves.

The benefits we realized in the past using Xpenditure have all been undone by the money we lost on Rydoo and our messed up books. Not to speak of the countless hours of correcting bookings by hand when we found the problems. Or the frustration and aggravation.

What do you like best?
Pretty much nothing, except that our accountant recommended it and now we're stuck with it.
What do you dislike?
The OCR and email forwarding option used to work for our common expenses (Google GSuite, Google Cloud, Hetzner bills). I'm pretty sure they worked while they used manual inspection, but at some point they finished their product and switched to their character recognition. A disaster, none of the emails that worked before are recognized anymore.
I spend a few days on support with them, and still, the Google bills are never recognized! Never! Google! What could be more obvious? Support was slow and came up with standard excuses "We improve our product continuously", even though it was clear that it *used to work before*. A year later, I am just amazed how little bills it can recognize amongs the ones that worked well when they just started.
Now I avoid email forwarding and upload PDFs, but the website takes about 5 seconds for each click/page load, and I can only upload one PDF at a time via drag and drop.
Do yourself a favor and don't use this product.

Nothing - Xero API has not worked since Feb20
What do you dislike?
API integration with XERO does not work
Rydoo have not resolvied the issue after 1 month of issues
Platform clunky and UX bad
Old fashioned and better products out there

Do not contemplate this as a solution for expenses unless there are serious improvements
