They closed my account and not give me acces to export my email list.

One of the poorest customer service support out there. Your business could fall apart while you wait for their painfully slow, sometimes non-existent assistance.

Just asked a simple question in the chat and I was referred to visit a link when I was just seeking for a yes/no answer. When I asked again, I received "Please note that you can find all the information at the links". If this is how you treat your customers, I would never become one.

I've been using Routee more than a year. Only rent here a number. Suddenly, I received an email: "We didn't renew your number due to insufficient balance.". I rented this number for all the time and suddenly lost it.I tried to top-up. Because there was not any response (e.g. payment successful, please wait), I topped-up twice, then checked my bank account.1. So there were the first problem. I wrote to the support and they confirmed my payments. I paid 5$ twice. But account balance become only 8$. Support told me something about 24% VAT. But there was not any mention about it! No mention during the payment. Actually it was, it was saying VAT = 0, new balance will be 5$. So no 24% VAT anywhere, neither during the payment nor in the transaction list. So it really looks like a fraud! Also support refused to return the amount they didn't mention during the payment.2. I lost my number. No previous notification, no grace period. And no search function in the number list to choose the same number. Finally, found by myself, I managed to rent back my number through API. But support didn't know it.3. I wanted to see my account detalization. To see the amount paid for rent a number and sent sms. But there is no such functionality. Chat support event asked me "What you need this for"! This is awkward. Chat support recommended to send an email to sales team. They can't provide me such information. Only recommendation the payments in "Financial transaction" (but it is without any VAT!!, just 5$), to see SMS logs and there is no rent number payment history!I don't recommend Routee anyone. They can't solve their mistakes and can't help you with simple request - to show you full financial details.
