What do you like best?
Rocketrip is incredibly easy to use. I love that it game-ifies business travel booking. Normally, my team's impulse is to book the most elegant/over the top place that barely constrains to the budget they have. Rocketrip has made saving fun, and has really helped our T&E costs.
What do you dislike?
Honestly, there's not much bad about it. The U/I is a little clunky in places, but it's a fairly intuitive system that gets results.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
People absolutely love to overspend on the company, especially when it comes to work trips. It's almost like they're on a mission to surpass our budget just to feel good about traveling across the country. Rockettrip inspires people to stick to budget, which is a big help.
What do you like best?
I like that the rocketrip team is always there to answer any questions you may have. The chat interface is really easy and intuitive and can be easily accessed from any page on the rocketrip website.
What do you dislike?
I don't like how it can often take a lot of back and forth in order to send through a rescheduled itinerary. If there is a change in your travel plans, you'll have to make a lot of updates with the rocketrip team. If you make a change be prepared to jump through hoops to get your budget to beat updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend roncketrip as a means to save money as organizations scale. Rocetrip allows companies to better save when their employees travel and the employees benefit themselves. Rocketrip ends up being a win-win for both employee and employer.

The biggest business problem that gets solved with rocketrip is that employees don;t take up all of their TandE expense. With a budget to beat, employees are incentivized to take a cheaper flight or stay at a cheaper hotel.

Rocketrip makes planning a breeze. It takes the stress out of trip planning
What do you dislike?
As with all tech, there can be bugs at times. At times, the site shows possibilities of crashing, slow loading, empty links, etc.

By using this product, I am able to plan much more efficiently; saving time and money.
What do you like best?
We use Rocketrip alongside Concur. Rocketrip does a good job at generating travel allowances based off of average flight costs, hotel costs, etc. It's also great that they have a point system. Rocketrip points are also great incentives and rewards for team contests.
What do you dislike?
There isn't too much to dislike about Rocketrip. It saves money for the company by compositing and providing budget recommendations, as well as rewards employees for doing so.

It saves money for the company by compositing and providing budget recommendations/allowances for trips, as well as rewards employees for booking in advance and saving money.
What do you like best?
Instead of writing multiple emails back and forth with a travel agency, you can quicky log into Rocketrip, see the budget for your business trip and either start booking directly from there or choose your own booking method. Our company also uses the rewards system, so we are motivated to stick to our budget as closely as possible.
What do you dislike?
To make the process of booking through Rocketrip even more efficient, it would be great to integrate the billing for the trips as well. Right now, you have to book your trip and send an email with your details and the receipt to a Rocketrip email.
