I was a RoboForm user for well over 10 years. I had a family account that nobody used but me . When I renewed my account it seemed foolish to spend over $50 instead of $25 for a single user annual license.Unfortunately it was the only renewal option I was given. To make matters worse it was on auto payment and they billed me the Family Account even after I changed credit card numbers. I tried emailing them, and I tried calling. With over a dozen attempts I never received a single return message. I turned to their their social media and tried to get help but only got apologies.The company is a shell of its former self. It is on Automatic pilot riding the wave of their current clients to the beach. If you don't require any assistance you're fine, but if you do need any support there isn't any. There's nobody to talk to. That's a huge risk to take with your password account.Bad customer service is frustrating. Nonexistent customer service is an indication of a serious flaw in the business model.

It wasn't until I left negative feedback on their reviews that any interest was shown in assisting me.

When I first migrated from LastPass to Roboform everything seemed OK, so after a while, I signed up for a 3yr licence.However, after a a few weeks, things started going wrong - * inconsistent auto-fill on Windows and Android devices,* getting stuck when I click the Home button in the Windows extension, * unable to distinguish between various 3rd party sites that use a Microsft login system for authenticationI duly raised tickets with RoboForm support, but most of them were never solved - one was not even responded to for 7 months.When they do respond, they just expect me to uninstall things, disable things, do screen recordings of intermittent issues - basically waste/spend lots of valuable time diagnosing issues etc.Eventually, I asked for a partial refund because I got tired of the inconsistent and unreliable nature of the software - even a partial refund for the 2yrs remaining licence - but they point blank refuse to do so - the excuse being that it has been over 30 days. It took more than 30 days to discover the unreliable nature of your software.Please don't ask me to contact support - I have raised 4 tickets over several months but only one of them has been resolved.I don't understand why you expect me to pay for 2yr+ of a service which is too unreliable/unstable to use.UPDATE in response to RoboForm reply:Ticket number 1046073 raised on 2021/03/27, initial reply was that you would fix this soon - never heard back.Ticket number 1075553: 2021/09/10 - no response for 10 days, so I chased for an update. Still no response until I complained on my latest ticket and finally I get a response on 2021/10/11 stating you are unable to reproduce the issue - despite detailed and clear instructions from myself on how reproduce it.I understand you gave a discount for 3yrs so just give me 50% of my payment back - all it has only been 8months since I signed up. OR do you value a few dollars over customer satisfaction?
