I solved integrations probleme into bigquery => it increased the deployment of use cases involving several data sources

Rivery is very simple to use. Integration process that could take days to develop in-house with ongoing maintenance effort, is done in less than and hour, and ongoing maintenance is seamless.
Phenomenal customer care and support.

They are still missing some required integrations. but they usually close these gaps promptly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Rivery to import data from external data sources and services, and integrate them into our DWH and BI systems. doing and maintaining that in-house would require dedicated expensive workforce. and much longer times.
What do you like best?
First and foremost, even before the platform itself - the response time from the support team is very short. The support team also listen to your requests and questions, and are doing their best to provide a solution. You really feel that there is a genuine will to help.
The platform itself is really easy to use, even REST APIs are easy to set up. It literally took us only a few days to integrate to multiple sources instead of weeks and months of what the data engineering team planned.
Last but not least - pricing structure is simple and easy to understand.
What do you dislike?
There are some integrations that at the time of writing this review need some improvement. There are also some key platforms/protocols that don't have the full set of built-in integrations. However, two important things: a. the above issues were discovered during the free trial period, so no surprises there, and b. seems like the Rivery team is catching up on those.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial period to test everything you'll need. This is the only way to know if this platform is the right fit for your data integration challenge.

We needed to connect multiple data sources from different marketing platforms, web analytics platforms, and databases, into a Snowflake warehouse.
What do you like best?
Sleek and intuitive user interface where I can track my data pipelines with ease. Seamlessly created a Rivery trial account using the Snowflake partner connect. We were able to pull in data from google analytics within minutes.
What do you dislike?
At times I was confused with some of the steps outlined in the documentation, but through some trial and error I was able to figure it out.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Rivery has allowed my clients to integrate data from disparate SaaS/social sources. For most clients, Rivery saves time on managing data pipelines which can be extremely costly and requires a BI engineer. For one client Rivery integrated a customized API to gather data from in-house surveys to analyze insights on patient well-being.
