What do you like best?
RingbyName has a lot of features and tools. What I used often was the Text-to-speech. It saved so much time. It was easy to customize.
What do you dislike?
Even though the Text-to-speech was great, I occasionally had common errors in the spelling. It would understand 90% of the speech. Also when routing a call the option to do so would be grayed out and I would be unable to make the transfer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It was user friendly. Didn't have to train much on how to use the phone system. Voicemails would go into an email for you. You could also download a app version. Less wiring and setup then traditional systems.
What do you like best?
Very easy to use and awesome support, I was having problems because of my firewall and contacted Therion support team and they easily fix it for me, the remotely access to my system and fixed it while I was just observing.
What do you dislike?
I had some trouble with the dialing pad.

We are able to communicate with parties involved in our business internationally, it is a great option, very reliable.
