What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a tool that surely provides what it boasts. Unlike other visualization platforms, this features a fabulous interface with tons of powerful options that are helpful to any business. It also optimizes business intelligence processes, since it gives a good data visualization presentation and allows further scouring of underlying data. It is easy to learn, doesn’t require a lot of training, lets you begin processing your data in a short while, boost your productivity and help you gain terrific results instantly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There’s nothing I don’t like about this app. It is easy to configure and use, handles different data from different sources, create different visual presentations, and easily share outputs. It helps us come up with robust visualization that everybody loves. However, I think there are still more with this tool, and I wish to learn them in official tutorial sessions or learning camps.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This helps us focus on the nature of our business, instead of trying to become visualization professionals. Our business is a cyber-security company, and we circle on helping clients deal with cyber risks, policies and vulnerabilities among other similar issues. The tool eliminates the need for us to dig deeper on data mining, data visualization and how to make dashboards.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It is super easy to setup and customize, and it lets us conveniently create reports in no time. It is also easy to access using most devices and operating systems. Highly compatible with Apple and Android mobile devices too. Moreover, it has a reliable user support that professionally helps within the least amount of time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has some bugs regardless of the version across iOS, Android and Windows. However, the user support helps a lot in fixing such issues, and keep it from coming back.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This helps connect to different data sources. It also has great dashboard and brochure features.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I need a tool that can display raw numbers and data into meaningful visual presentations, and this platform does the job for my martial arts school. It is easy to learn and use, especially that there are tutorials on YouTube for this tool. I easily grasped the tool by trying its features, options and templates, as well as changing some colors on the output to suit my preference. It helps me keep an updated data resource of registration, billing and attendance for teachers to see, and pulling data from Google Sheet lets me create easy to understand dashboard for managers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can’t find any disadvantage with this tool. I’ve tried other alternative options, but this is surely the best and easiest to use. Better than our platform for student management, and outputs are easy to share. It can pull data from Google and Excel sheets from my Dropbox too, which means I can keep its reports updated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a great help for reporting and sharing essential business data with our team. It is easy to use and presents simple visuals that are easy to understand, making communication more efficient among us. After all, our team is comprised of martial arts teachers, and not tech savvy and business men.

The ability to connect to Oracle Data Source, and the confusion of getting those connectors to be able to run and pass parameter data to stored procedures.
