What are the best aspects of this product?

Reservio is an easy to use yet very powerful appointment scheduling and online booking software. We use it to organize appointment schedules, create online reservations, and access customer database. It comes with an intuitive user interface and learning how the program works don’t take much time. The fact that its design is so attractive and comes with a variety of colors to allow the users to customize services based on their preferences makes Reservio more interesting. Not to mention, it is completely free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if the platform includes invoice generation tool, mobile application, and inventory control system in the future release. This would make things much easier and convenient for our team and business process as a whole.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been using Reservio for a couple of years now, and it does a great job of scheduling appointments, allowing our team to achieve a smooth workflow. The demands for the company tend to increase lately, and we need to find another software to administer inventory, but we stick to Reservio because we’re already accustomed to it. It is the first automated tool we used in the business, and it provides a massive help to our growth. Thanks to the easy-to-use functionalities it offers.
