Thank you for your response. It’s is a outlet store In opryl mills. However I had just brought a pair of shoes back probably 2 monthes ago and the store took the return. I have to say that there was several ladies shopping and all of them had a negative about Clarks return. It should not matter where they was bought. I actually came to see if I could swap my 2 pair of sandals for different ones. The cost of the 2 pair together was almost 200.00. So with how you are handling this review it looks like your not interested in your costumers response. There was several women in there complaining with the same issue. Your response was a generic response. It should not matter the store if you need to return Clarks shoes. I would think you would respect your customers more.
