What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I think that their team is commendable. Their support staff has gone above and beyond their roles (and even their work hours) quite a few times already just to help me out. As for the program itself, I love how accessible it is--mostly just requiring a stable internet connection just to fire it up. Through it, I’ve been able to handle multiple facets of my business--from storing files, processing contracts, and even generating reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing but praises for this impressive program. Whenever I do encounter issues, their team is always so helpful and ready to receive feedback. They’re very responsive when it comes to addressing the needs of customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to trim down the previously tedious process of checking our cars in and out for rentals. Plus, with RentWorks helping us out, welcoming new members of the staff and getting them up to speed with our processes has now become a walk in the park. This is a truly brilliant program that we have come to fully integrate into our workflow.

What are the best aspects of this product?

An edge that RentWorks has over its competition is that it is customizable. One can easily declare their pricing, packages, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unless you’ve saved a specific tool in your dashboard, you can expect to spend the rest of the afternoon looking for said tool. These can easily get buried under all the features that this tool has to offer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This program has a pretty impressive memory. It keeps notes of clients who still have an outstanding balance with us, thus keeping us from renting out a car to them unless they settle their account. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve been able to dodge this type of bullet.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Although some of the existing programs we use don’t exactly integrate properly with RentWorks, I still think that the potential for brilliant software support is still there. If you strip away all the restrictions that come with working in my company, I would gladly incorporate this tool into our workflow. Why? I can think of two reasons: its ease of use and intensive insights it provides through the reports generated from it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that this has more to do with our work process, but my experience in using RentWorks could stand to run more smoothly. It would be nice to fully use all of its functionalities- though. We just need to find a way to make it work more seamlessly with the programs that are already embedded in our work system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to save most of our resources by going paperless with RentWorks. Through it, we’re able to sign documents and release forms to our customers very easily--and without the need for paper, nor ink, nor any other item that used to take up a huge chunk of our budget. Customizing our insurance stipulations has been much easier too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

If there’s one thing that stands out to me about this tool, it is its level of intuitiveness. I like how everything has been designed to make user experience run more smoothly. Case in point, they have created a feature that allows you to “pin” certain tools to the dashboard so they are easily accessible to you. Pretty impressive, right?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the end of the day, creating this program had been a business decision, more than anything. But it still does not sit quite well with me that I have to pay for extra tools that, in the first place, should have been part of the initial package.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use RentWorks to stay on top of all operations related to our car rental business. We handle a pretty extensive fleet, so it has become increasingly important for us to tap into a system that is reliable and allows plenty of room for adjustments based on our preferences.

What are the best aspects of this product?

By nature, my work requires me to handle many tasks at the same time. Not only does RentWorks allow me to multitask, but it also simplifies my work processes for me. The reports that I've been able to generate using this tool are intensive and exhaustive as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that they should improve their customer response time. Sometimes it takes a while for my queries to be addressed. Also, I think that we should be able to maximize and minimize the screen as we please. Right now, we don't enjoy this benefit yet. It would also be nice if the program would recognize the Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V commands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to know where our vehicles are--who they are rented out to, which ones should be returned soon, and other important details.
