What do you like best?
Beautiful interface that is fairly easy to set up. The price is a little high, but for how easy it is for users to complete its worth it.
What do you dislike?
Support is essentially useless. Wasted 4+ hours of time and bounced from the platform due to the absolutely helpless responses. It honestly felt like someone was pretending to know IT.

What do you like best?
I love the idea of this product. As the head of marketing for an e-commerce company, having an easy way for our customers to evangelize our product is so important, and being able to give them and the people they refer an incentive is great. I like that this platform very easily integrates with our e-commerce platform.
What do you dislike?
This platform was touted as super easy to set up...and it is. If you want to use their template and their copy, you can just launch and go. But if you want to really understand how the platform is working, you're going to to have to spend a lot of time digging through. Finding where you can edit the assets they provide is much harder than it should be if you want to do any level of advanced editing. In fact, the UI is far less intuitive than they probably think it is. The stock email they provide isn't even CAN-SPAM compliant, which is worrisome. What else are they forgoing to make the platform so easy to get up and running??
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We're just getting started so we haven't seen any benefits yet. Our expectations are low but we are hoping to see an increase in sales by giving our satisfied customers a way to evangelize our product.
What do you like best?
can get setup pretty quickly. doesn't require a lot of effort. templates for sending emails.
What do you dislike?
They need more variation in incentives. The ability to choose referrer and referee or just one would be good.

When looking at referral program options, ReferralCandy jumped out as 1 easy to set up, 2 an inexpensive option for a startup. Many referral programs are expensive, I'm not saying their not worth it, but if you have a small customer base and want to start testing referrals, Referral Candy can get you up and going for just $25 a month.
What do you dislike?
The out of the box integration to woocommerce required a bit of coding to make it work properly. This wasn't a huge deal for us, but this could be cleaned up to allow a marketer completely install ReferralCandy and get the referrals flowing in, without any development help.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you want to implement a low cost referral program for a Woocommerce powered site, ReferralCandy is a simple and cheap off the shelf solution that can get you up and going within a day. The price will scale up as you get more referral sales, which helps keep CAC low as you start out.

We are simply using this to increase sales. ReferralCandy is our referral program. We are getting much higher referral conversions with this tool, as opposed to asking customer to just share a code to friends.
What do you like best?
It was very easy to use and implement when we were looking for a referral program for a start up company. Not very expensive.
What do you dislike?
Limited bells and whistles, did not have a customer advocate who helped get the best bang from our buck for the program.
