What do you like best?
I like that it has alerts, immediate alerts to the application.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it alerts you too much on things that you know are already happening.

Try to make Quore more user friendly.

Housework, To do lists, and things that I need to get to the guests. The benefits are the reminders.
What do you like best?
The User Interface is great for us all types of users. The communication log system, and the maintenance and preventative maintenance systems are top of my list of the things that are most useful for effective property management.
What do you dislike?
I believe a company is only as good as the support it provides. From training to new user implementation, Quore was awesome at first, but have not kept up with the demand of being a growing company. I also believe they should continue to improve and innovate - this seems to have slowed down to a trickle at best.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product for anyone looking for this type of product. I think they have a lot to work on a long way to go, but it is the best on the market.

Keeping consistent communication across multiple ships and departments is their solution to a common problem in the hotel world. Also, maintaining preventative maintenance and general maintenance of the guests and common areas with reports, timelines, and scheduling is critical to keeping our operations up to par.
What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and helps departments communicate

Nothing, quore is an amazing product, and I would highly recommend it to hotels.

It is a products that is very easy to use and will solve a lot of your communication issues between departments as well as colleagues working different shifts.

All the many useful and working apps. It has apps for all tasks needed while working.
What do you dislike?
Dislikes would be the crashing off apps at times. Missing apps on my account that other colleges' have but not on mine.

Get all apps and features to ensure better communication amoung employess throughout shifts

Business problems being solved are using the Quore login to communicate with other employees about our guest needs and accomodations. Giving guests what they request through Quore information logs
What do you like best?
Overall, Quore is a decent platform, but it honestly has a lot of room to grow. One thing that stands out is the customer service is great when issues arise.
What do you dislike?
reporting: if you have to have conference calls for reports to be explained to you, it is not an effective report.
Users: users need to be able to be placed in multiple departments without having to create different accounts for when they work in different areas.
Etc... it feel like Quore does some things great, but other are clunky. I shouldn’t call quore and ask about doing a thing and be told how to work around said thing. If you are already telling people work arounds, that is a clear opportunity for product improvements.

Go for it. It is good and I believe it will continue to improve.

PM management, removing paper check lists, cash counts, ability to provide statistical feedback to housekeepers about trends...etc
