What do you like best?

I liked how Quire had a mobile app that was a bit easy to download and install on my smartphone.

Moreover, I like that Quire integrates with lots of platforms such as Slack.

Integration with Slack makes me save a lot of time since I do not leave conversations while managing tasks and projects.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how Quire requires excellent internet connection to use.

I also do not tolerate the fact that Quire is a bit hard to customize.

It lacks intuitive interface both user interface and user experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I cannot recommend Quire to large corporations with lots of colleagues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I only use Quire to manage and prioritize tasks and projects assigned to individual users in our Hotel.

What do you like best?

I like the ability to make tasks and sub-tasks under them and to assign the tasks. I like the visual of projects added vs. projects completed.

What do you dislike?

There are no archives, so no way to pull a log of history of completed projects. There is no "complete project" button or check box -- you need to archive the project, and I wish there was just this one last step to add to the gratification of completing a project. The "add project" button should be everywhere. It's in numerous places, but it always takes 2 or 3 clicks to get to it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It would be best for a smaller amount of projects instead of an 8 page to-do list. It's also perfect for managing personal tasks. It will get your tasks logged and organized and will give you a list of to-do tasks every day from different projects, which I like.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Not forgetting to do stuff and continuity. It gives me peace of mind to know that should I win a million dollars and leave my job tomorrow, I am not leaving the next person high and dry. There is a list of projects on my desk with next steps outlined in tasks. You can do them with your eyes closed now!

What I liked most about this tool is that it allows you to create an ideal structure, with the realization of different cubes and different aspects of views.

As every web-based service, you need internet connection to be able to use the service. I'd love to have similar functionality within a standalone application!

I'm using Quire for organize working on both personal and collaborative projects. When collaborating with others in the same project is when I take the most from Quire, because it simplifies the way we communicate and centralize information.

Being able to separate projects by organization, allowed me to follow up both personal and community projects within the same application. In this way, I manage my projects with similar workflows.
