What are the best aspects of this product?

Aside from the scheduling feature which is very useful, another feature that we appreciate very much about Quinyx is Budget Management. With this tool, it makes it easy for us to balance our expenses and profit allowing us to get the most out of our budget without sacrificing the quality of the product and service that we offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No question that Quinyx is very user-friendly. However, being fully automated poses slight problems in the entries that you put into the system especially in the scheduling. It would be nice if the system would give out a warning for time punching going beyond 24 hours or automatic processing for shifts that are added manually especially when an employee's contract has expired. The system also freezes every now and then and it is a bit of a hassle to log out then log in before you can see the entry you made in the proper setting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Despite that, Quinyx, however, is a big help in budget management which makes for efficient staff scheduling.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Among the best things about Quinyx is its wide range of features, simplicity, and ease of use. We are able to create schedules in a breeze. The product is also constantly updated so it’s great that we’re able to enjoy the latest functionalities always.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The insights don’t work well with us as well as the cost follow-up. It would be great if they improve the said functionalities of the product. The interface also needs improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to save as much as 50% of time spent on scheduling. Our schedules have also become more effective plus we can make schemagrunder which relates to the collective agreement.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our staff loves the system! We never had difficulties learning and using the product. The mobile app is also very user-friendly. There’s no need to undergo training just to learn how the app functions. Aside from that, we had a great time working with the Quinyx team who helped us implement the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the start, you may find the back end for admin quite complex. But it does have everything required to set up the system correctly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Just after a few months of using the software, we are already able to lessen the number of OT as well as UT, boost our sales, and growing presence in our store. This software also helped us save time and minimize errors when it comes to payroll.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With this platform, we don’t have to use multiple systems to handle scheduling, budgeting, linking timestamps, forecasting and even getting task reminders anymore. Quinyx alone can already handle everything. And since this platform abides by the rules and regulations of various countries, you can be sure that you remain compliant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The loading speed of the software is a bit slow, though sometimes it’s because of the internet connection. Still, it would be nice if they’ll improve it.

Among the perks you’ll enjoy using this software include guaranteed compliance to the laws of the country where you are based, better scheduling, data management linked to the HACCP, and access to incredible budget and essential forecasting tools.
