What do you like best?
I really enjoyed the interface and the great customer service/support team!
What do you dislike?
I was confused about the difference between the "Web App" and the "Moibility App" but the support team was able to clear up all the issues I had with it.

I was doing an investigation of different tools to solve potential future needs for my company.

It takes a while to learn all the commands of the app but they're all worth learning.
