What are the best aspects of this product?

QuickBooks is user-friendly and easy to set up. Its Teamviewer feature is a multifunctional program that offers video calls and being able to move data and forms remotely. Many people use this function to adjust or repair computer systems from separate locations. All you need is a working internet connection.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the program has a light version that can function at normal speed even with a slow internet connection. It would also be great if we are able to work on multiple computers at a time because it will help us save time when it comes to similar repairs or configurations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to solve our issue on efficiency and find a fast system that can work across the many versions of Windows and other OS.

What are the best aspects of this product?

QuickBook is so user-friendly that's why I like it so much. Other accounting tools don't offer a lot of what QuickBooks offers and it surpasses them in every way. There's a mobile app that allows me to keep updated with company matters any time and anywhere. I also like that we're able to easily integrate QuickBooks with many online payment gateways to accommodate clients with varied payment sources. Working on company policies and procedures also requires very minimal effort because most of it is automated. Highly recommended!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps it's time to update its dashboard, which remains unchanged for several years. Color themes could also be flexible according to the company logo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to manage my two businesses a lot more efficiently because QuickBooks saves me plenty of time in terms of accounting and report management. Being able to access documents anytime and anywhere, from invoices to inventory, payments, and financial standing (as in liquidity and profit status).

I like that Quickbooks as the software is a single solution that fits a lot of our work requirements. Quickbooks integrates with every third-party tool I use, including bank accounts, and I'm able to use it for our accounting functions, from payroll to invoices and financial reports. This allows us to keep our team learns since we're still a small business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would help if Quickbooks would allow us to customize items according to what we need so I don't have to spend time correcting misplaced categories, etc.

Being able to send accurate and customized invoices one click. Plus points for having add-on features like payroll and third-party integrations. We're so happy we found QuickBooks even if we're already using similar software. QuickBooks definitely has more added value that we're taking full advantage of.
