What do you like best?
Absolutely nothing. Terrible interface. Not intuitive.
What do you dislike?
Everything. Simple things like a macro view to see all entries is not possible.

If there were an alternative, I would go with that.

it gets the job done? Frankly I'm not a fan of it.

I find qualtrics to be clunky and difficult to use, the user interface is not easy to navigate.

Just like any other survery platform it helps us gain information from our customers

The amount of data you can collect has been impressive. The analysis (when spending a lot of time learning) has a lot of take aways.
What do you dislike?
Customer service has been terrible. I've had questions and part of our service that has gone unanswered or addressed which has been frustrating. Each time I follow up and ask for a solution they say they will look into it and get back to me. We started this process in Feb and I still don't have a solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have time to dedicate to learning the platform yourself. I'd also not rely heavily on external benchmarks. Twice they have been unable to provide them to our company which was one of our main reasons for choosing the platform in the first place.

We have conducted our employee engagement survey as well as a spot survey using Qualtrics.
What do you like best?
I like the ease of use and how it is helpful in managing experiences.

The paid version can be somewhat cost prohibitive.

It has helped with collaboration withing groups.

It's easy to set up surveys, and the reporting tool makes data look good.

The reporting tool doesn't have a function to sort based on distribution groups (that I've found).
