What do you like best?
It is intuitive for any business analyst familiar with MS Office.
Workflows can be drafted in very reasonable time and final solution can be derived basing on operating prototypes.
Pricing model allows to try it out for free for up to 5 users. Anyone can try to build own apps or download some free ones from marketplace.
What do you dislike?
Documentation open to the users and partners could be more extensive and more often updated. Especially as the tool is constantly improved and new features are added frequently.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of my customers uses purchase orders flow and flow for registering invoices. Early versions of both apps were delivered within couple days, taking into account my learning curve. Additionally I have devised applications for HR competency 180 assessment, work time control and company assets tracking.

resemblance to spreadsheet application thinking

limited graphics - for exmaple fields needs to be rectangles
Recommendations to others considering the product:
very flexible tool - perfect replacement for any processes currently done via excel spreahseet exachanged over the email

I built for a small company a CRM, workflow for orders and workflow for invoices fairly quickly withount being forced to any predefined process as this is usually the case with a ready online solutions. This was done with a 1-2 day s effort per application.

What do you like best?
Starting with a "spreadsheet" as focal point of a business workflow solution, empowers an average Office end-user, with a tool and process, that he/she is already familiar with. The rest is just syntactical and contextual glue, enabling one to create reusable application, with data sharing and mini-analytics built-in.
What do you dislike?
Product is still young so occasional quirks and undocumented features do require, and receive immediate attention from the support and development teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give a shot to the trial. The tool demos quite well. However, the tutorial is not up to date.

Any and all. Travel and vacation requests, inventory tracking, opportunity tracking, project collaboration.
What do you like best?
Ready-made apps and flexible platform to build one… and of course an Excel soul we all love ????
Really quick start and app modeling + workflows. Being able to model processes that you can't model with other tools besides custom coding and developments. Spreadsheets + data base + workflow and you all all set.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes on-prem deployment version. Maybe dedicated mobile app.
R&D of the product is quick thus new features come to play very often... so I can't put here something that would be irrelevant a week from now.

Review your time consuming manual processes and pick one to model it QV. Then use it for some time to see the benefits.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Time savings with day to day tasks. I just got rid of these little things you MUST do but HATE to do as they have nothing to do with your productivity. QV will do it for me.
More time = priceless. My 24hrs day just stretched to 30h :D
